All the staff we met were very helpful and friendly. The bar area was good and the bar manager extremely helpful and friendly, The breakfast room was very nice, with a good cold buffet selection.
The bedroom was old, worn and tired for a 4 star, and needed renovating, (however the bed was comfortable and clean). There was no bath, only a shower. The electrical sockets in the room were old style 3 pin, and modern travel adapters won't fit, (however, after some searching, the night manager when we arrived managed to find an adapter for us to borrow). Car parking charges apply outside the hotel and all the surrounding area.
Very good location, on a quiet street but within walking distance to Plaza di Spagna. Well connected to transportation (bus, metro at the corner of the street).
Cute boutique hotel in an excellent location 5 minute walk from the Spanish steps and across the road from the spectacular Villa Borghese. Friendly and helpful front of house staff. Happy to help with tours and bookings. Excellent price for the location. Breakfast adequate and the terrace restaurant on the top floor provides a beautiful view of Rome.
Facilities not that of a 4 star hotel but cost and location make it more than a worthwhile stay.
Great location next to via Veneto without the noise or traffic. Great rates, furnishings were a little dated and worn but it was clean and comfortable. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. The 116 bus across the street took us to all the main tourist attractions for 1 euro. Plent of good restaurants and cafes in walking distance. We will definitely stay here in the future if we return to Rome. The fifth floor rooms had balconies facing Villa Borghese park. Trees block the view but it was pleasant regardless.
The location. It was within proximity to the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, and across the streets a bus that takes you directly to the Vatican. The hotel receptionists were very very friendly.
The hotel was said to be 4 stars but with poor sound proofing and old decorations, it was more 3 stars. Sound proofing was so awful that you could even hear your neighbor showering or singing in the shower, in our case. I had requested a room change and it was still the case in both rooms.
Location is excellent, staff is freindly
Its on the old side, rooms quite noisy
the location, it was quiet
the room size - smaller than a warderobe, either had my suitecase to be in bed or I - it was just terrible smal. The breakfast was poor, Ishould have booked without and taken breakfast on Via Veto instead!!
The location is excellent as well as the internet service
the location, the staffs were friendly except the breakfast lady
The hitel is in an excellent location for visiting the city of Rome.the interior is a little faded but very clean. All staff were helpful.I would happily use this hotel again and will do so when we plan to return to Rome.
It was in a nice location, safe for walking late at night! Near Borghese and 10 minutes walk from spagnia!! It was quiet, i didn't hear any disturbing sound from the other rooms as some have said... Nice Big Bathroom, small room but beautiful and clean! Breakfast was quiet good!
A little bit expensive but i believe it is because its location! Tottaly recommended if it is found in a small price!!!
The location is excellent. It was relatively cheap. Staff were helpful.
I booked at the price of €380 (5 nights) everything included. However the hotel insisted that I had to pay a the new city tax on top of this. While it worked out at only €15 (5nights x €3) I felt that it was a fairly sharp practice at the expense of the customer. It should have been set out from the start. Also I was on the 5th floor and there did not appear to be any emergency exits in the case of fire.
Nice and very friendly staff . Good location. Good breakfast (except Saturday). Rooms with la bourgese view are wonderful.
Very kind and helpful staff; they arranged for Opera tickets for me, handled some cleaning I needed, and were most helpful in providing directions. Santino is worth his weight in gold- what a fine person!!!!
The hotel was excellent- no complaints at all.
homely, clean, very pleasant, free internet (was not in the past), location
